Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide both direct and indirect patient care in a clinical setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions and communicating effectively with healthcare team members regarding any changes in patient status.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to ensure quality care.
• Communicate changes in patients' clinical conditions to physicians and nursing staff.
• Respond swiftly and accurately to any changes in patient conditions or responses to treatment.
• Perform various general nursing duties while assuming responsibility for assigned patient populations.
• Work collaboratively with co-workers to provide a high standard of service excellence.
• Function independently and demonstrate the ability to delegate tasks appropriately.
• Manage unexpected crises in a calm and confident manner.
• Adjust work schedules to meet unit needs, including floating to other areas as required.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills while interacting with patients and other stakeholders.
• Adhere to all staffing and personnel policies while maintaining required licensures and certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and Medical-Surgical nursing.
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS.
• Ability to work required weekends and holidays.
• Completion of all necessary licensure and certification requirements in Ohio.
