Job Description

Requirements:

• Current New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate
• 2+ years of current experience in outpatient oncology and infusion
• Chemo Certification (ONS) and Oncology Certified RN (OCN)
• Peripheral IV Insertion experience
• Experience with ports, fistulas, or catheters
• EPIC Experience
• IV Certification (highly preferred)
• Previous travel experience (preferred)
• BSN (preferred)
• Current certifications: BLS, Chemo, OCN
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Permanent address must match Driver License/State ID

Compliance / Notes:

• COVID vaccinations encouraged, but not required.
• RTO requests during the assignment must be noted at upload; requests after upload will not be approved, and no more than 5 days will be accepted.
• Orientation: 8 hours
• Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color (no designs or cartoons, no hoodies).
• Facility can cancel up to 5 shifts per 13-week contract with 2 hours' notice.
