Required immediately, our LOCAL BOISE MERIDIAN BRANCH is seeking full-time MATERIAL HANDLER (Night Shift) 4:40pm - 1amDesired Skills & Experience1-2 years experience in material handling loading or receiving productPrevious warehouse experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentForklift Certification a plusOverhead crane experience preferredDemonstrated knowledge of hand woodworking tools and the operation of power tools such as table saw, chop saw etc.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and qualityEffective communication skills (written and verbal)Must be reliable and possess good time management skillsPossess a valid driver's license and a clear criminal record checkDuties and Responsibilities:Safely operate overhead cranes and forklifts to move heavy material/slabs from one place to another throughout the warehouseInventory trackingAlways ensuring all loads are secure on A-Frame as required by using strapping, banding, cleating, etcMove heavy materials for Floform /customers using air lifters and forkliftsMove A-frames, safely and accurately transfer, store, and/or package for shipment various finished and unfinished product.Continuously perform safe heavy lifting with mechanical liftersDouble checks load for accuracy and damageMaintain proper housekeeping standards in assigned work areaConsistently follows all operational safety rules of mechanical lifters and forklift safetyMust be able to safely lift 35 to 50lbsMust be able to work with hand tools using wrist and fine manipulation for long periods of timeMust be able to withstand long periods of time and exposure to water to hands/feetAbility to read units of measurementsMonday - Thursday (Full Time)FLOFORM is proud to offer the successful candidate:Competitive wage!!
