What You'll Own as a Restaurant General Manager:

• Full restaurant operations — every shift, every guest, every standard
• Team leadership: hiring, training, coaching, and developing your ARM and staff
• P&L ownership: sales, labor, food cost, and hitting your financial targets
• Guest experience and complaint resolution — the buck stops with you
• Food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards — no exceptions
• Scheduling, ordering, and day-to-day operational execution
• Reporting to your Regional Manager and staying aligned with company direction

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years as a General Manager or senior AGM in fast casual or QSR
• Proven track record running a profitable, high-volume location
• A leader who develops people — your ARM should be your next GM
• Financially literate — you know what the numbers mean and how to move them
• Someone who takes ownership, not someone who waits to be told
• 21+ years old, full-time availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation & Benefits:

• Performance bonus
• Up to $85000.00 per year
