As a Host/Hostess, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests feel welcome and valued from the moment they walk through the door. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Managing reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the dining experience.
• Assisting guests with inquiries about our Chinese, Thai, and Japanese menu offerings.
• Coordinating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or customer-facing position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional and welcoming attitude that makes guests feel at home.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• A genuine interest in Asian cuisine and a desire to provide exceptional service.
