We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Associate for a direct hire opportunity in Oxnard, CA. This role is ideal for an administrative professional who enjoys accurate data entry, structured processes, quality review, and supporting smooth order flow from customer request through production readiness.

Key Responsibilities

- Review customer purchase orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
- Verify order details before processing to help ensure production readiness and customer satisfaction.
- Identify order discrepancies and coordinate with internal departments to obtain missing or corrected information.
- Maintain daily productivity goals while meeting high standards for accuracy and quality.
- Support Order Entry team members with questions related to order requirements, documentation, and processes.
- Contribute to quality assurance, customer service, and on-time order processing objectives.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $21 to $23 per hour.
