In this highly technical role, you will lead SMT process development and optimization activities. You will drive process improvements, improve yields and efficiency, support new product introductions, and work closely with engineering, quality, production, and maintenance teams.

You will also play a key role in mentoring junior engineers, leading engineering projects, supporting customer technical reviews, and helping to shape the future direction of manufacturing processes. The Role

• Lead SMT process development, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Drive yield improvements, root cause investigations, and manufacturing efficiency projects
• Support New Product Introductions (NPI)
• Mentor junior engineers and progress toward an Engineering Leadership position

• Background within SMT, PCB, PCBA, or electronics manufacturing
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement experience
