Painter Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

**Responsibilities: ***

Perform comprehensive surface preparation, including cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching, and masking areas prior to painting.

* Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.

* Execute general labor duties as assigned, which may include material handling, site cleanup, and assisting other crew members.

* Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures, particularly when working outdoors and with various materials.

* Ensure the quality and longevity of finished surfaces.

Painter Qualifications:

* Proven ability to perform painting and general labor tasks effectively.

* Physical stamina to stand for an 8-hour shift consistently.

* Willingness to work extended hours or overtime as needed.

* Must own and consistently wear personal steel-toed work boots.

* Ability to work efficiently and safely in an outdoor setting, subject to varying weather conditions.
