Location: Hybrid - Chicago, IL (3 days onsite per week)

About the Role

We are urgently seeking a highly seasoned Dynamics D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Program Manager to lead a major transformational program. This role is positioned one level above a Project Manager and requires deep experience driving complex enterprise-level initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong history of assertive stakeholder management , leadership across cross-functional teams, and the ability to guide a long-term strategic D365 program from inception through completion.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the overall delivery of a multi-year D365 F&O (F&SC) transformation program
• Manage senior-level stakeholders and ensure alignment across business and technical teams
• Oversee program governance, timelines, budgets, and cross-workstream dependencies
• Drive successful delivery of all phases of the program, ensuring project milestones are met
• Provide leadership, direction, and structure to project managers and functional/technical teams
• Mitigate risks, resolve escalations, and ensure program health across all workstreams

Required Qualifications
• 15+ years of experience in program/project management
• Proven delivery experience with at least 4 full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations
• Strong, assertive stakeholder management skills at executive levels
• Experience with large, enterprise-wide transformation programs
• Ability to work onsite in Chicago 3 days per week (all expenses paid)
