Associate Principal Scientist, Health Economic and Decision Sciences

Associate Principal Scientist position focused on health economic modeling for oncology products within the Health Economic and Decision Sciences group. The role involves developing predictive and economic models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating product value to stakeholders across drug development phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead health economic, disease, and predictive modeling for Value and Implementation teams
• Develop integrated quantitative models using clinical, real-world, and published data across all drug development phases
• Create and maintain global health economic models and tools in-house or with external vendors
• Present health economic findings at scientific congresses and publish in peer-reviewed journals
• Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to advance modeling methodologies and analytics capabilities

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Health Economics, Biostatistics, Health Services Research, Actuarial Sciences, or related quantitative field
• Post-degree work experience in health economics and outcomes research (HEOR)
• Hands-on expertise in health economic model conceptualization, design, development, and dissemination
• Knowledge of economic evaluation specific to oncology drugs and interventions
• Track record of Health Technology Assessment submissions and peer-reviewed publications
• Understanding of market access environment in US and key international markets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across multiple disciplines
