Hot Shot Driver

Summary: Are you a skilled and safety-conscious driver with a Class B or Class A CDL? RDR is seeking Hot Shot drivers with a Class A CDL and load drivers with Class B CDL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safe Operation: Safely and efficiently operate an RDR Vehicle.
• Loading and Unloading: Load and unload Materials.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the truck to ensure it is in good working condition. Report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Paperwork and Documentation: Complete all required paperwork, such as delivery tickets, logbooks, and vehicle inspection reports accurately and legibly.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Environmental Awareness: Handle materials in an environmentally responsible manner, ensuring spill prevention and proper disposal of waste materials.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class B or Class A Commercial Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
• Basic mechanical skills for minor vehicle maintenance.
