While we work hard to achieve our goals, we believe in having fun along the way!What We Offer:$20.00-$21.00 / hourly to start, with room for growth.Medical/Dental/Vision401(k)Paid HolidaysPaid sick timeStability, guaranteed hours.Schedule:Monday to Friday: 11am-8pmJob Description:Reporting to the Parts Director, this position will Dispatch auto parts delivery drivers on-time, manage/monitor deliveries/pick-ups to ensure on-time and successful delivery execution for each order, data entry, inventory, pull/stock parts orders, engage in driver communication and other duties as needed.Job duties & functions include:Dock to Dock DispatchingEntering order information with utmost accuracyAssists with stocking/pulling auto partsDispatching 10 to 12 delivery drivers for order pick-ups and/or part returnsPerforms invoice research as requested by the customerGeneral housekeeping tasks as requiredFollow all safety codes and maintains safe and clean working areaPerforming all additional duties as directed by supervisorQualifications:Must be able to pass Background and Drug ScreenHigh school diploma or GEDPrefer at least one year of dispatching experience - previous automotive experience preferredMust be comfortable on a computer and proficient with Microsoft productsAble to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent Customer Service skillsStrong organizational, multitasking and attention to detail skillsOperates with sense of teamworkStrong work ethicOn-time attendance and dependability are a must
