Primary Skill Required for the Role: Experienced SAP CS (Customer Service) Lead to drive the design, implementation, and support of SAP Customer Service solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP CS, SAP Service Management (SM), Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, and integrations with Quoting and Service Contracts.

Details: Manage end-to-end customer service processes, including service orders, notifications, contracts, and warranties. Integrate SAP CS with OTC, Quoting, Service Contracts, and related SAP modules.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Lead SAP CS/SM solution design, implementation, and enhancements.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range*: $75 - $80/- Per Hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
