Your Benefits Package

This role comes with a highly competitive compensation and benefits package, including:

• Base Salary: $150,000

• Production Bonus: 22% commission

• Signing Bonus: Up to $20,000

Our Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a veterinarian who thrives in a collaborative emergency environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.

• DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary program

• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Colorado

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to medicine

• Comfortable managing ER cases and client communication

• Interest in surgery and taking on more advanced cases

• Respectful, professional, and growth-oriented

• 3+ years of ER experience is a plus, but flexibility exists for the right candidate

Your Role & Impact

As an Emergency Veterinarian, you'll:

• Manage a wide variety of emergency and urgent care cases

• Collaborate closely with specialists and experienced support staff

• Perform surgical procedures based on your comfort and experience level

• Deliver compassionate and effective client communication

• Help drive high standards of patient care and medical excellence
