- Operate semi-automatic saws to cut steel, tubing, bar stock and other materials to required lengths.
- Perform basic machine operations, including grinding, sanding, forming and bending materials.
- Read and follow work orders, shop instructions and established procedures.
- Set up and adjust equipment to meet production specifications.
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.
- Use hand tools, belt sanders and other manufacturing equipment.
- Move and organize materials throughout the production process.
- Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
- Identify and report equipment issues, defective materials or quality concerns.
- Keep work areas and equipment clean, organized and safe.
- Work with team members to meet production and quality goals.
- Dependable employees with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and machinery.
- Ability to follow written instructions and work orders.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Manufacturing, machine operation or material handling experience is a plus.
- $21.00 per hour
- 1st Shift: 6:30 AM-4:30 PM
- Hands-on manufacturing and material handling work.
