Role Overview: Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and document individualized care plans, ensuring clear communication across care transitions. Responsibilities: Ensures patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; participates in professional development; assesses physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs; addresses patient preferences and barriers to involvement in care. Qualifications & Skills: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; RN licensure essential; preferred Bachelor's degree and less than two years of experience. Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills are necessary. Position is safety-sensitive, requiring alertness and safe work practices.
