Two full-time opportunities are available, supporting students through social work services and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Assignments include working within emotional support and partial hospitalization programs or serving as a long-term substitute in a school district.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field required
• Active Pennsylvania State License
• PDE Educational Specialist certification
• Previous experience in school-based roles is desirable
• Ability to work onsite and effectively engage with students, families, and school staff
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct social work interventions to students facing emotional, behavioral, or social challenges
• Participate in the emotional support and partial hospitalization programs, offering support, counseling, and guidance
• Serve as a resource for crisis intervention, behavioral strategies, and referrals to community services
• Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to all state and district protocols
• Collaborate with educators, families, and outside agencies to support each student’s needs
• For the substitute role, adapt quickly to a new environment, ensuring continuity of services
