Shifts Available:

• • Monday, Thursday & Friday: 7a-10a/2:30p-9:30p, Sunday: 12p-10p (40 hours)
  • Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 7a-10a/2:30p-9:30p, Saturday: 12p-10p (40 hours)  
  • Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday: 7a-10a/2:30p-9:30p, Saturday: 12p-10p (40 hours)
  • Tuesday & Wednesday: 2:30p-9:30p, Thursday: 2p-8:30p, Saturday: 12p-10p (30 hours)
  • Monday: 2:30p-8:30p, Tuesday & Friday: 2:30p-9:30p, Sunday: 12p-10p (30 hours)

The Role:

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) , you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. You will work closely with them, assisting with daily living activities, fostering their independence, promoting their well-being, and helping them connect with their communities. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a tangible difference. This position requires a valid NYS Driver's License for 18+ months with a clean driving history and successful completion of Brightway’s Transportation Orientation. New Hires that do not meet these criteria will be offered a lower rate, starting at $19.00/hour.

Full-Time, Hourly $21.00 – $23.10/hour
