An Inventory Control Associate at White Cap
- Audits inventory to keep systems in balance during daily order processing.
- Researches and resolves all issues, adjustments and discrepancies. Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures.
- Assists in maintaining inventory accuracy. Completes follow up to all previous inventory adjustments. Completes and reviews cycle counts.
- Maintains time control tables consistent with base tables, key and review allocations.
- Receives products from vendors to check for quality. Communicates potential quality issues to buyers.
- Maintains quality control and inventory control manuals.
- Lifts and carries up to 50 pounds.
- Follows company safety policy and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Generally has 2-5 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Spanish language proficiency.
- Experience with sales order computer software, preferably Oracle.
- Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
