Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and document detailed patient medical histories. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including blood work and imaging. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including prescribing medications. Perform procedures such as suturing and administering injections. Educate patients and families on preventive care and lifestyle management. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Maintain accurate and timely medical records using electronic health record systems (ECW preferred). Requirements Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Virginia. Master’s degree from an accredited PA or NP program. Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy, and clinical documentation. Prior experience in pediatrics or pediatric urgent care is REQUIRED. Proficiency in electronic health record systems (ECW preferred). PALS certification (Required). Spanish proficiency preferred to serve diverse patient populations. Job Details Job Title: Pediatric Primary and Urgent Care Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Location: Falls Church, VA 22042. Expected Hours: 10-20 hours per week. Schedule: Flexible shifts, including rotating weekends (10-hour or 5-hour shifts), evenings, and weekends. Full-time/Part-time: Flexible engagement. Retirement: 401(k) plan.
