Service Advisor Department: Service Employment Type: Full Time Location: Vermeer All Roads - Annapolis Junction Description Service Advisor Annapolis Junction, MD | Vermeer All Roads Vermeer All Roads in Annapolis Junction, MD is hiring a Service Advisor to serve as the first point of contact for our service department. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and enjoys working around heavy equipment. You’ll coordinate repairs, communicate timelines, and ensure a first-class customer experience. Prior service advisor experience is required; heavy equipment or heavy-duty background preferred. Compensation Base salary plus commission (based on experience) up to $70,000 a year! Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule Benefits Medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance offerings available on the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment 401k with company contribution Paid time off Company paid holidays Tuition Reimbursement program Employee referral bonus program Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and act as liaison between customers and the dealership Schedule service appointments and prepare accurate estimates Advise customers on maintenance based on manufacturer specifications Create, update, and document repair and work orders Maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and referrals Proactively update customers on repair status, estimate changes, and pickup timing Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Valid driver’s license Previous service writing/advisor experience required Heavy-duty or heavy-equipment experience preferred Strong customer service, multitasking, prioritization, and efficiency skills Work Authorization All Roads does not provide H1-B sponsorship.
