This is NOT a remote position Title: Weekend Home Health RN (Field) Schedule: Full Time (24 visits per week w/benefits) * Non-traditional schedules are available, i.e., Thursday-Monday Locations:Area #4 covers the following cities: Danville, Martinez, Moraga, Alamo, Clayton, Concord, Lafayette, Orinda, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek and Area #5 covers the cites: Pittsburg, Discovery Bay, Byron, Antioch, Brentwood, Oakley, Bethel Island, Bay Point Paid Training: Must be able to train for 5 days Mon-Friday 9am-5:30pm onsite in San Ramon We provide an entire internal operational support team for our clinicians to handle the tasks of pre-populating the medication reconciliation, tracking down DME orders, getting MD signatures, coding, lab follow-up, etc., truly allowing you to function independently, with the flexibility to make your own schedule and plan patient visits around other commitments if needed. The home care setting allows you quality time with your patient in the comfort of their own home. Requirements: Minimum 1 year RN experience preferably in acute, SNF, Home Health or Hospice setting Must Possess an active CA Registered Nursing License
