The individual in this role provides hands-on training and coaching to support new hire onboarding, workflow consistency, and continued staff development. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. License/Certifications: Certified in one or more application or other software certification/experience relevant to position required. Experience: Experience in a healthcare setting with experience in training and curriculum design preferred.
