Vascular Access Territory Manager - San Jose/Oakland CA

Becton Dickinson seeks a Territory Manager for vascular access products in the San Jose/Oakland area. The role involves driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and providing technical support to healthcare professionals using BD's medical devices.
Responsibilities
- Achieve established sales targets and drive revenue growth in assigned territory
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
- Deliver on-site technical support and training to healthcare professionals on product use
- Stay current with product information and industry trends to provide customer insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns and address needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Minimum 3 years sales experience, medical or healthcare industry preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of sales strategies, contract administration, and group purchasing
- Ability to travel extensively within territory with overnight stays
- Valid state-issued driver's license and compliance with BD auto safety standards
- Willingness to undergo regular drug screenings per facility requirements
