**Join Our Dynamic Team as an ICU RN in Stunning Hawaii!** **Job Description:** - Are you an experienced ICU RN looking for your next adventure? - Embrace the opportunity to work in a vibrant and diverse environment in Hawaii! - Bring your passion for patient care and experience in intensive care to a unit that values excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced ICU setting. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. - Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, adjusting care plans as necessary. **Requirements:** - Minimum of 3 years of Intensive Care experience. - Direct patient care experience within the last 3 years. - Active Hawaii State Nursing License required by the start of the assignment. - BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory. - PALS certification preferred. - NIH Stroke Scale Certification (submit certification or complete an online class as part of orientation). **Unit Details:** - Equipment: Meditech utilized in the unit/department. - Bed Size: 11 beds in the unit. - Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 2:1 for quality care delivery. **Shift Information:** - Flexibility required - Day or Night shifts based on staffing needs. - 3–12 hour shifts (36 hours) per week, post-orientation. - 2–12 hour call shifts per 4-week roster period. **Professional Attire:** - Dress Code: Professional wear - Scrubs required. **Orientation:** - 1 week of comprehensive orientation, up to 40 hours. **Floating Policy:** - May float to other critical care and step-down units as needed. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
