Sr. NetSuite Analyst (Hybrid)

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Sr. NetSuite Analyst for our premier client in St. Louis, Missouri .

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Technical Requirements and Certifications »

• NetSuite Administrator Certification, SuiteFoundation Certification, ERP Consultant Certification, or other relevant NetSuite certification.

Education and Experience »
Must-Have:

• Bachelor's degree required in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with NetSuite in an administrator, functional analyst, business systems analyst, implementation consultant, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience supporting or participating in at least one NetSuite implementation, major enhancement, or post-go-live stabilization effort.
• Experience gathering business requirements, translating them into system configuration or enhancement requests, and supporting testing and deployment.
• Experience supporting finance, order management, inventory, procurement, warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or related business processes in NetSuite.
• Strong functional knowledge of NetSuite configuration, roles, permissions, forms, fields, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reports, and basic system administration.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline, analytical thinking, and ownership mindset.
• Ability to support system testing, user acceptance testing, defect triage, issue resolution, and business process validation.
• Ability to teach, instruct, support, and answer questions for both IT teams and business users.
• Ability to communicate clearly with business stakeholders, implementation partners, IT teams, and leadership.

Strongly Preferred:

• Experience with NetSuite modules such as Financials, Order Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, WMS, Fixed Assets, or SuiteAnalytics.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, food and beverage, consumer packaged goods, field service, or multi-location operations.
• Experience working with implementation partners, managed service providers, or system integrators.
• Experience supporting integrations between NetSuite and CRM, warehouse management, eCommerce, EDI, banking, tax, reporting, or iPaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, saved searches, custom records, custom fields, CSV imports, role-based security, and approval workflows.
• Exposure to SuiteScript or ability to work with developers on scripted customizations, even if not personally coding.
• Experience with change management, training documentation, standard operating procedures, and end-user support.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:

• Help administer and support a new NetSuite environment during implementation, testing, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Help create, execute, and validate test scripts, test scenarios, expected results, and defect resolution.
• Triage NetSuite issues, investigate root causes, document findings, and coordinate resolution with internal teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Support data validation, data cleanup, CSV imports, master data reviews, and reconciliation activities during implementation and ongoing operations.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Sales, Customer Service, implementation partners, and business leadership to support business process and system needs.
• Support NetSuite configuration activities, including forms, fields, workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles, permissions, and approval processes.
