Job Title: Manufacturing Technician Location: Fort Stockton, Texas, USA Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our client's team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to performing manual labor related to hazardous/explosive waste processing, supporting thermal treatment of explosive materials and post-treatment cleanup, handling highly regulated processes with strict adherence to documentation and paperwork, and maintaining strong attention to detail for compliance and safety procedures. Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor related to hazardous/explosive waste processing
- Support thermal treatment of explosive materials and post-treatment cleanup
- Handle highly regulated processes with strict adherence to documentation and paperwork
- Maintain strong attention to detail for compliance and safety procedures
- Willingness to perform heavy manual labor daily
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme heat (up to ~120°F)
- Strong attention to detail, especially with paperwork and compliance
- Ability to pass ATF background check for explosives
- Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
- Forklift experience (not mandatory)
