Role Overview We are looking for recent graduates or early-career professionals with 0–2 years of experience to join our Business Intelligence team as a Junior Tableau Developer. The ideal candidate will assist in developing interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that help drive business decisions. This role is an excellent opportunity to build hands-on experience in Business Intelligence (BI), Data Visualization, SQL, and Tableau. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports. Create interactive visualizations to support business decision-making. Gather, analyze, and interpret business and operational data. Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data. Connect Tableau to multiple data sources such as SQL Server, Oracle, Excel, and cloud databases. Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy across reports. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements. Create calculated fields, parameters, filters, and dashboards in Tableau. Monitor dashboard performance and implement optimization techniques. Document reporting processes and dashboard specifications. Follow data governance, security, and reporting best practices. Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and BI technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications 0–2 years of experience or knowledge in Tableau Development or Business Intelligence. Strong understanding of Tableau Desktop and Tableau Public. Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Basic knowledge of data visualization principles and dashboard design. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data analysis. Basic understanding of ETL concepts and data warehousing. Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. Exposure to Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud is a plus. Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is an added advantage. Familiarity with Git and version control concepts is a plus.
