What You'll Do

• Supervise nursing staff in delivering quality resident care per regulatory standards
• Manage daily nursing activities, including medication administration, treatments, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies
• Conduct resident assessments, monitor safety plans, and report significant changes
• Oversee and assist with resident transfers, post-mortem procedures, and family communication
• Participate in care plan meetings and team conferences
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized work environment
• Assist in orientation and ongoing training of new staff
• Ensure documentation accuracy in PCC EHR/EMR systems
• Support emergency procedures and exercise independent judgment in critical situations

What You Need

Required:

• Current PA RN license
• BLS certification
• Knowledge of nursing theory, equipment, and infection control protocols
• Ability to pass employment physical and background check
• Strong communication, observational, and organizational skills
• Courteous and professional demeanor

Preferred:

• Previous experience supervising nursing staff in a long-term care setting
• Familiarity with PCC EHR/EMR systems
• Ability to work independently and manage emergency scenarios effectively
