**NEW POSITION!**  Sales Team Director,  Business-to-Business 

Willis Mechanical is adding a Director of Sales to our growing business. The selected candidate will oversee the growth of our sales team, manage the sales team, and generate new client relationships. This individual will enjoy the fast-paced opportunity to help guide, train, and support our sales team as they identify, negotiate, and close deals for preventative maintenance agreements, repairs, and projects. This position will be very rewarding for the right applicant. The position is full-time and has a  guaranteed base salary + uncapped bonus structure .

This position is responsible for attracting, recruiting, hiring, training, and managing B2B sales professionals.

Our mission and vision include taking care of and making life easier for our clients by providing outstanding customer service through highly skilled technicians. We provide ongoing HVAC and Plumbing service and new construction/renovations throughout the greater Atlanta area.

Required Education, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Five or more years of proven business-to-business (B2B) sales
• Three or more years of successfully managing a sales team
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
• Success in making presentations to a variety of audiences
• Professional demeanor
• A proven track record of being organized, efficient, and able to multitask
• Ability to mentor, train, coach, and motivate others
• Able to set clear quotas and review individual and team results using KPI's
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strategic planning through sales strategies and market awareness
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in the field of HVAC, Refrigeration, Pipefitting, and Plumbing service
• Working knowledge of CRM systems

Pay and Benefits
Willis Mechanical's Sales Team Director will receive a base salary and earn an uncapped bonus. The Director will receive 8 paid holidays and three weeks of Paid Time Off. Willis Mechanical offers health, dental, and vision insurance. Sales employees also have access to the Willis Mechanical 401K +company match program.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, working 8 hours/day, Monday through Friday. Work is typically done in the office. Travel to new customers and job sites is expected.
