We value flexibility, but this role isn’t remote; candidates must be local to one of our studios and available onsite regularly. About the Role Senior Designers are a driving force in our studio, working across projects from conception to realization, all while maintaining a keen eye for design. They lead our designers and work closely with Creative Directors and Design Directors to push the work forward. We’re looking for someone who’s got the confidence and creativity required to be on the frontlines of our work. With a strong point of view in concept development, they know how to carry an idea through every phase—articulating clear design intent, guiding teams, and ensuring the work stays sharp from the big moves down to the final details.
