Project Manager

Our client, a leading energy and EPC organization, is seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of high-voltage AIS and GIS substation projects. This individual will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, risk, stakeholder communication, and overall project performance from kickoff through completion. The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with experience supporting high-voltage substation EPC projects and can effectively coordinate clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities Manage multiple AIS and GIS substation EPC projects simultaneously from initiation through closeout. Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, forecasting, and resource planning to ensure successful project execution. Lead project teams and coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning functions. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Provide regular project updates, manage expectations, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize impacts to cost, schedule, and quality. Monitor project financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and cost controls. Ensure compliance with EHS requirements, company policies, and industry standards. Facilitate issue resolution and drive projects to meet key milestones and deliverables. Nice to Have Skills & Experience PMP Certification or willing to get it Experience working for an EPC firm supporting utility, transmission, or energy infrastructure projects.
