We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our e-commerce facility. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment, systems, and the physical infrastructure to support our online operations. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment, including conveyor systems, sorting machines, and other automated systems. Conduct regular inspections of facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime. Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment. Assist in the setup and installation of new equipment as needed. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from team members, prioritizing urgent issues. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility operations and efficiency. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in maintenance or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a warehouse or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Proficient in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and climbing.
