Tomball, TX (NW Houston) | Fully Onsite
$80,000 - $95,000 Base Salary + Excellent Benefits

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a rapidly growing manufacturer supporting critical infrastructure and data center projects to identify a QHSE Coordinator .

This is an exciting opportunity for a quality-minded professional who enjoys improving processes, solving problems, and driving operational excellence. While the role supports Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives, the primary focus is on quality management, continuous improvement, and defect prevention within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Quality Management & Compliance

• Support and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001 standards
• Conduct quality inspections within fabrication and assembly operations
• Lead Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs)
• Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective action implementation
• Develop and improve quality procedures, plans, and documentation
• Coordinate internal and external quality audits
• Maintain calibration programs, inspection records, and compliance documentation
• Drive first-time quality, defect prevention, and process improvement initiatives

Health, Safety & Environmental Support

• Conduct safety inspections and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)
• Support OSHA compliance programs and workplace safety initiatives
• Participate in incident investigations and corrective actions
• Assist with environmental compliance, waste management, and hazardous materials programs
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor and analyze QHSE performance metrics
• Prepare reports and recommendations for leadership
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Project Management teams
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance across the organization

Qualifications
Required

• 3+ years of experience in Quality, QHSE, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Operations, or a related industrial environment
• Experience working with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Quality inspections
  • NCRs and CAPAs
  • Root cause analysis
  • Audits and compliance documentation
  • Corrective and preventive actions
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety best practices
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, modular construction, industrial equipment, or related industries

Preferred

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field
• OSHA 30 certification
• Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience
• ASQ certifications (CQIA, CQT, or similar)
• Experience in fabrication, steel, modular construction, MEP systems, electrical, or mechanical manufacturing environments
