Reports to: Business Development Manager & COO Role Overview The Business Development Representative is responsible for building, expanding, and managing referral partnerships with plumbing and HVAC companies across the Denver metro area. This field‑driven role focuses on prospecting, relationship development, and rapid response to drive consistent revenue growth. Success requires a competitive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust with blue‑collar professionals in fast‑paced environments.
