Data Entry Administrative Support Temporary role 3-5 months
Atlantic Highlands, NJ
Role: Heavy data entry and administrative support to clear a summer backlog and assist with year-end processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry across 7+ online portals, primarily for utility company rebates.
- Process financing, rebate, warranty, permit, and Costco paperwork.
- Verify documentation and maintain accurate, complete job files.
- Follow up on outstanding submissions and missing information.
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and data entry skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English; friendly, professional communication.
- Comfortable learning multiple online platforms; Microsoft Office proficiency preferred.
Position Details
- Schedule: On-site, MondayFriday, 8 AM5 PM, with some flexibility.
- Pay: $20$22/hour.
- Duration: Temporary, ASAP start through approximately January 2027.
- Environment: Casual dress; established, family-owned company.
