Store Manager

Role Overview: A Store Manager oversees all store operations, including staffing, inventory management, sales, and customer service, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Key Responsibilities Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and retain qualified staff. Manage store opening and closing, ensuring proper staffing and security. Analyze sales and expense data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Maintain inventory accuracy through ordering, stocking, and cycle counts. Ensure merchandise presentation aligns with company standards. Control cash handling, prevent shrink, and uphold financial integrity. Lead customer service efforts and foster a safe, organized environment. Follow policies, complete documentation, and promote safety compliance. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail management experience is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and legal compliance. Ability to perform basic math, operate cash registers, and interpret operational documents. Physical ability for frequent movement, lifting up to 40-55 pounds, and occasional climbing.
