NECIC Staffing is currently accepting applications for upcoming Circuit Board Assembler opportunities with a well-established manufacturing company in the Wadsworth area. We are seeking detail-oriented individuals with electronic assembly experience who can accurately read schematics and assemble circuit boards to meet quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble printed circuit boards and electronic components according to work instructions and schematics
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and assembly drawings
• Install, solder, and secure electronic components using hand tools and assembly equipment
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy
• Identify and report defects or production issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
• Perform other assembly and production duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous circuit board or electronic assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics is required
• Experience working with small components and precision hand tools
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay & Schedule:

• Pay: $16.00$18.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: MondayFriday
• Hours: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
• Full-time position
