Production Technician

The production technician will have an excellent personable disposition and a natural ability to roll with the punches, being flexible to handle the dynamic of a fast-paced startup. You will be a strong and reliable support to company operations, following company policies & procedures, communication, safety and nurturing the positive work environment. Responsibilities: To perform any of the various assembly functions as assigned by production supervisor. Works in quality conscious and safe manner Ability to perform work at process speed and/or standard rates. Advises production supervisor with any problems with tools, equipment, fixtures, materials, or setup operator. Maintains daily product log. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned by the production supervisor. Keeps workstation and surrounding area clean. Maintain all assigned tools. Any other duties are required by management. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent Eligible for work in the US Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to pass a criminal background check. Prefer 1-2 years of work experience. Must be able to read, write and have basic computer skills. Good hand eye coordination Strong organizational and communication skills Must be able to work standing for 8 hours. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Must be punctual.
