Join Our Team at MapleView Memory Care-Minot!

We are currently seeking reliable and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Nursing Assistants (NAs) to join our compassionate team at MapleView Memory Care in Minot, ND. As a CNA/NA with us, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to our residents with memory care needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Assist with medication reminders and administration under the supervision of a nurse
• Participate in resident care planning and contribute to a holistic approach to care
• Document care provided and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing team

Qualifications:

• Active CNA certification in the state of North Dakota
• Prior experience in a memory care setting is preferred
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards residents and their families
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
