Accounting Associate

Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000 annually We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Associate to join our team in Newark, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will possess 3–5+ years of accounting experience, strong ERP system knowledge, and a solid understanding of core accounting functions. Experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) is highly desirable. Qualifications 3–5+ years of experience in accounting and finance functions Proficiency with ERP systems; SAP Business One (SAP B1) experience preferred Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills Must reside within approximately 30 minutes of the Newark office Key Responsibilities Process and maintain accounts receivable billing entries Process and maintain accounts payable billing entries Perform monthly bank reconciliations Prepare and post journal entries Manage collections and follow up on outstanding receivables Assist with general accounting and financial reporting activities as needed Work Schedule Monday through Friday Office Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional seeking a stable, growth-oriented role within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ascendo Resources
