We are seeking energetic, hardworking, and hospitality-driven Barbacks to join our team at ART SoHo Rooftop and Foxtail, two of New York City's premier food and beverage destinations. Our venues are known for exceptional cocktails, elevated hospitality, and high-volume service in a fast-paced environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in hospitality and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic bar program.
What You'll Do- Support bartenders during service to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Stock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, glassware, garnishes, and bar supplies
- Replenish ice throughout service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all bar areas
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Remove empty bottles, trash, and glassware from service areas
- Help ensure guests receive prompt and attentive service by supporting the bar team
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help wherever needed
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous barback, busser, or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Work in one of NYC's most exciting hospitality environments
