Nurse Practitioner - Neonatology

Neonatal Nurse PractitionerWe are seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative, high-performing neonatal care team. The role involves providing neonatal care in Level II NICUs and normal newborn nurseries. This full-time NNP position includes a mix of 16–24-hour shifts for optimal work-life balance. Responsibilities include attending deliveries, with no transport responsibilities required. You will provide care across multiple facilities and will be assigned to a specific healthcare system. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including neonatologists and advanced practice providers, is essential. You will function with a high level of autonomy, supported by in-house neonatologist coverage and on-call neonatologist backup. This position requires residency within the immediate local area. Candidates with relocation needs will be considered. We are not accepting locum candidates or fresh graduates. Maintaining high standards of neonatal care aligned with our mission is a priority.
