What You'll Do:

• Provide expert nursing care to patients undergoing surgery in the OR setting
• Assist during surgical procedures ensuring safety and compliance
• Coordinate with surgical teams, anesthesiologists, and other specialists
• Maintain sterile environment and follow all OR protocols
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Respond to emergencies promptly and effectively
• Support training and orientation for new staff and travelers as needed

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana or ability to obtain
• Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience
• BLS certification (required)
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and patient safety
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to be part of an emergency response team if required
