Join First American in Park City, UT where we believe our greatest asset is our people. We are looking to add an Escrow Assistant to our growing team. In this role, you'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, providing critical administrative and customer support to our Escrow team. This position plays a key role in helping make the dream of homeownership a reality.
We're seeking someone with the drive and potential to grow - an individual looking for a long-term career path at First American and eager to learn, contribute, and advance within our organization.
This role is in office 5 x week - Park City, Utah.

WhatYou'llDo:

• Assistin the escrow process, such as opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, handling the complete disbursement and follow-up

• Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow

• Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings

• Working with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions,assistingcustomers to ensure a phenomenal customer experience

• Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of escrow-related experience preferred
