Description

American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist with 3+ years of experience and ARRT certification in Radiology and MRI to provide diagnostic imaging services at a regional health center.

Details

• Diagnostic imaging department performing general MRI and MRA procedures
• Assignment length of 13 weeks
• 3x13 hour shifts on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 6:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Uses PACS/RIS system

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MRI procedures
• Current ARRT certification in Radiology RT(R) and MRI (MR)
• Current BLS certification from the AHA
• Completion of radiology training from an AMA approved school of Radiology
• Experience working with PACS/RIS systems, email, and general computer programs
• State license required if applicable

Additional Information

• Provides general MRI and MRA procedures to maintain optimal patient flow
• Orientation occurs every 2 weeks
• May accept COVID and flu vaccine exemptions with a completed declination form
• Housing application must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to start date
• Facility is located in a rural area with limited housing availability
