Dental Hygienist

Heartline Staffing, strategic talent partners with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a dental hygienist for an outpatient opportunity in Allentown, Pennsylvania. This mission-driven outpatient opportunity offers a true four-day workweek with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities. Providers will focus on preventative dental care and oral health education while working alongside a collaborative clinical support team serving patients of all ages.

Compensation: $40.00-$54.00/hour. Full benefits package included. PSLF and NHSC eligibility available.

Schedule: Four-day workweek. No nights. No weekends. No holidays. No on-call responsibilities.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide preventative dental hygiene care
• Perform patient oral health assessments
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
• Support pediatric and adult patient populations
• Collaborate with dental providers and support staff
• Utilize EPIC EMR system

Requirements:

• Active Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist license REQUIRED
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience REQUIRED
