Test Center Administrator

The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a federal work study student in the Testing department on the Gainesville campus. The Test Center Administrator (TCA) is responsible for providing comprehensive assistance to the day-to-day operation of the Gainesville Test Center operated by the University of North Georgia (UNG). The TCA reports directly to the Gainesville Coordinator of Testing.

Student Test Center Administrator will assist with answering phone calls, answering emails, checking testing candidates in and out, and cleaning work stations. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities The Student Test Center Administrator will need to have: some computer skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. They must be able to remain customer friendly and maintain attention to details in the midst of frequent interruptions; must have the ability to work successfully as part of a team in a high-demand, fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to qualify as a student worker.
