Procurement Supervisor

Supervising a team of procurement specialists, the full-time Procurement Supervisor will manage supplier negotiations, oversee procurement processes, and ensure compliance with policies while working remotely. Key responsibilities Supervise procurement specialists and officers, ensuring effective team performance Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers while monitoring supplier performance Prepare procurement reports and KPIs for management, supporting audits and documentation compliance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with proven procurement experience Strong analytical and negotiation skills, capable of interpreting complex data and building supplier relationships Proficiency in procurement software and knowledge of procurement processes and international trade regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to a fast-paced environment Fluency in English; knowledge of Saudi Arabian business practices is preferred
