Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $21.54 - $26.93 / hour

Summary

This position is responsible for verifying, adjusting, and processing all manner of corrections and adjustments to payroll as received from all departments. This includes processing requests for labor distribution. Responds to inquiries from employees, department heads, and outside agencies. Answers customer's questions or directs them to the appropriate person. Serves as backup for the Payroll Rep-Banking position. Operates all departmental equipment. Although duties normally follow established procedures, responsibilities include verifying and correcting documents to make acceptable for processing. Routinely exercises independent judgment, based on training and experience. Works under general supervision. This position requires a good working knowledge of IRS payroll tax rules and regulations as well as LMHS policies and procedures.
